What are antioxidants?
Antioxidants are molecules that slow or prevent the oxidation of other molecules. Oxidation produces harmful free radicals that can damage cells and is believed to play a role in disease and aging. The health benefits of pomegranate juice are derived primarily from its extremely high antioxidant content. Other foods with high levels of antioxidants include red wine and green tea.

I've tried other brands of pomegranate juice; why does Gnar taste better?
Because Gnar uses only the world's best pomegranates, which it sources from the Mediterranean region where pomegranates have grown naturally for centuries. Other brands use transplant varieties that have a very different flavor and a bitter aftertaste. Look on some our competitors' labels, and you'll see that many of them try to hide this unpleasant taste with secret additives, or "natural" flavors. Gnar’s pomegranates taste so good naturally, they don’t need anything else.
